Raw Carrot Cake

This no-bake treat tastes suprisingly dessert-like. The hint of nutmeg goes perfectly with the carrots.

Ingredients

3/4 cup shredded carrots

5 tbsp almond meal

3 tbsp oat flour

2 dates

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy.
