Healthy Test Kitchen
This recipe has a topping with a mix of sweet and salty.
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp honey (I omitted)
2 tbsp capers, drained, chopped (I didn't chop)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat baking sheet at 500 degrees.
2. Roast cauliflower on middle rack for 20 minutes, flipping after 15.
3. Combine remaining ingredients to form dressing. Spoon over cauliflower.
