Roasted Corn Kernels

These potato pancakes are crispy and delicious!

Ingredients

1.5 cups frozen corn (I only used 1 cup, but it was a bit spicy)

1/4 tsp garlic

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Mix corn with spices.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for ~30 minutes. Enjoy!

 

Notes: I love how crunchy the corn becomes. This tastes great.
