Roasted Delicata Squash

Delicata squash tastes like a creamy cross between acorn squash, pumpkin, and butternut squash.

Ingredients

Delicata squash

 

Instructions

1. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.

2. Cut into 1/2-inch segments.

3. Roast at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Flip. Roast 5-10 minutes more.
