Roasted Tomato Black Bean Soup
Ingredients
7 tomatoes
3 cups cooked black beans
1 onion
2.5 cups broth
1.5 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Roast tomatoes and onion 35-40 minutes, stirring once.
3. Blend tomatoes, onion, borth, beans, and spices.
