Salmon with Pesto and Tomatoes
This dish tastes great and is quick to prepare.
Ingredients
2 6 oz salmon fillets
4 tsp basil pesto
4-5 tomatoes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place baking sheet in oven.
2. Lay salmon on soil.
3. Spread each piece of salmon with pesto. Arrange tomatoes on top.
4. Wrap securely in foil.
5. Bake 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes: Tomatoes taste good, but I did not taste the pesto.
