Seed and Raisin Overnight Muesli

The raisins and seeds give this breakfast a sweetness and crunch, similar to trail mix.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp raisins

3/4 cup milk

3/4 tsp cinnamon (not called for in recipe, but I think it would be delicious)

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients and soak overnight in fridge.

2. Enjoy!

Notes: Next time try adding more milk to see if it is absorbed.

 

Note 2: If you leave in the fridge for 2 days, the sunflower seeds will lose their texture.
