Sesame Seed Crackers
These crispy crackers are excellent on their own or with dip.
Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp warm water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Process sunflower seeds, flour, chia seeds, salt, and baking powder in food processor.
3. Add water and apple cider vinegar. Form into ball.
4. Roll between parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake 20-22 minutes. Let cool with oven door ajar.
