Skillet Charred Green Beans and Salsa
This green bean dish has a nice zing from the salsa and lime juice.
Ingredients
12 oz green beans
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup salsa
1 tbsp lime juice
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Saute green beans until slightly charred.
2. Add chopped tomato, salsa, lime juice, and salt.
3. Top with roasted pumpkin seeds.
