Smashed Potatoes

These potatoes are crispy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 pound potatoes

olive oil

2 tbsp fresh basil, thyme, or rosemary

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Simmer potatoes until tender. Smash. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

3. Roast 30-35 minutes.
