Smoothie Bowl

This is a great way to enjoy your favorite smoothie with all of your favorite toppings!

Green Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen spinach

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp flax seeds (opt)

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup milk

Add 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds for protein (to topping)

Peach Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp flax seeds (opt)

Mango Smoothie Bowl

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

3/4 cup milk

Add 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds for protein (to topping)

Chocolate Hazelnut Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp hazelnuts, soaked 30 minutes

1 tbsp hemp protein (optional)

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 cup milk

Toppings for Chocolate Hazelnut Smoothie Bowl

1/2 banana

1 tbsp hazelnuts

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

1/2 tbsp hemp seeds

Toppings

1/2 banana

granola

coconut

berries

almonds (3g fiber and 6g protein per serving)

walnuts (2g fiber and 4g protein per serving)

pecans (3g fiber and 3g protein per serving)

cashews (1g fiber and 5g protein per serving)

pistachios (3g fiber and 6g protein per serving)

dried fruit

flax seeds (3g fiber and 0g protein per tbsp)

chia seeds (6g fiber and 3g protein per tbsp)

hemp seeds (1g fiber and 3g protein per tbsp)

sunflower seeds (1g fiber and 2g protein per tbsp)

 

Instructions

1. Blend smoothie ingredients.

2. Top with toppings. Enjoy!
