This cauliflower is spiced with sriracha.

Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1/2 head cauliflower

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil (opt- I omitted)

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sriracha

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Combine sauce ingredients. Toss cauliflower to coat.

3. Arrange on baking sheet.

4. Bake 15-20 minutes. Flip. Bake 5 minutes more.
