Stir Fried Green Beans
You'll love this delicious green bean stir fry.
Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced onions
12 oz green beans
2 tsp chopped garlic (I omitted)
1 tbsp soy sauce (or a bit less--start with 1.5 tsp)
Instructions
1. Saute onions until golden.
2. Add green beans. Cook 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly. Add garlic in the last 3 minutes of cooking.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce.

Notes: I morphed two recipes (adding the onions from a different recipe). Never tried this recipe with the onions, but they were good in another recipe. Original recipe also called for 1 tsp peanut butter, but I omitted it since you couldn't taste it.
