Strawberry Jam
Cooking the strawberries intensifies their sweetness.
Yield: 2 tbsp
Ingredients
1/4 cup strawberries
3/8 date (or up to 3/4)
3/4 tsp chia
1/8 tsp vanilla (I omitted)
Instructions
1. Place strawberries and dates in saucepan. Cook until they begin to breakdown. Mash.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in chia seeds.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour

Raw Strawberry Jam
This strawberry jam recipe is simple to throw together.
Yield: 2 tbsp
Ingredients
1/4 cup strawberries
3/4 date (or more)
3/4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients.
2. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
