Sundried Tomato Hummus

Try this sundried tomato hummus for a spin on the classic.

Ingredients

1.5 cups cooked chickpeas

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes + 1/4 cup soaking water

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp kosher salt

upto 1/4 cup more liquid (as needed)

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
