Sundried Tomato Pesto

This pesto has a strong flavor and uses less oil than traditional recipes. Try it over spaghetti squash or in a sandwich.

Ingredients

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

1/4 cup soaking liquid

3/4 tsp olive oil

1/16 tsp garlic powder

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Soak sundried tomatoes in hot water for ~10 minutes.

2. Blend ingredients together. Enjoy!
