Taco Filling

This meat is perfectly seasoned for tacos.

Servings: 4

 

Ingredients

1 pound meat, ground

1 tbsp chili powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt (I didn't measure)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp black pepper (I only used half this amount)

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients. Cook in skillet.

 

Nutrition Information (based on 4 servings)

218 calories, 13.1g fat, 23g protein

 

Notes: A tad spicy but in a good way.
