Toffee Frosting
Give this toffee frosting a try.
Ingredients
1.5 tbsp lite coconut milk (or almond milk)
3/4 date
1.5 tsp cashew butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Commbine ingredients.
2. Microwave 30 seconds to thicken.
Notes: Very sweet on its own. I couldn't taste it once I added it on top of carrot cake though. Runny icing consistency.
