Waffles with Chocolate Spread

If you like waffles and chocolate, give this breakfast recipe a try.

Yield: 1 waffle

 

Ingredients

Waffles

1/2 banana

1/2 cup oats, ground into flour

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp baking powder

 

Chocolate Sauce

1/2 banana

1.5 tsp cocoa powder

 

Instructions

1. Make waffles.

2. Spread with chocolate sauce.

3. Top with fruit, if desired.

Notes: Waffles are really crispy but have a strange aftertaste. The chocolate sauce is a bit bitter, but you can't tell after spreading it onto the waffles.
