Watermelon Gazpacho

This watermelon gazpacho is a sweet and refreshing way to start a meal.
Ingredients
4 cups watermelon (approx 2 pounds flesh)
2 tomatoes (I used 4.72 oz each)
2 tbsp lemon juice (optional, I prefer not to use)
salt, pepper (optional, I prefer not to use)
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy!

Notes: Original recipe also called for 1 clove of garlic, but I liked it better without the garlic.

4-8 plum tomatoes (~1 pound)
2-3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil (opt), salt, pepper
Instructions
1. Puree ingredients. Enjoy.
