Watermelon Jam

The watermelon and lemon really complement each other in this unique jam recipe.

Yield: 12-15 tbsp

 

Ingredients

1 cup watermelon

6 dates

1 tbsp lemon juice

3/4 tsp pectin (or gelatin)

 

Instructions

1. Blend watermelon, lemon, and dates. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes.

2. Add pectin or gelatin. Boil a few minutes more.

3. Chill.
