White Grape Gazpacho

The almonds shines through in this cold soup, while the grapes add sweetness.

Ingredients

2.5 cups white grapes

1 cup milk

1/2 cup silverd almonds

2 scallions, white and green parts only

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Puree milk and almonds until smooth.

2. Add grapes and scallions. Puree

3. Garnish with extra almonds and scallions if desired.

4. Enjoy!

Notes: Original recipe called for juice of 1 lime, but I liked it better without the lime.
